- 遠く離れた日本から、未知の国スウェーデンにやってきました。 料理すること、食べることと人の笑顔をみるのが大好きです。 ここ、スウェーデンでも食に関わる仕事を見つけて働く、そしてここでの生活を存分に楽しむ、たくさん（本当にたくさん!!!!）笑うことが目標です。 ブログの題名の「guldkorn(グルドゥクーヌ)」は、自分が他のひとに秘密にしたくなるような素敵なものや場所を見つけたときに使う言葉です。 この土地で見たもの 聞いたもの 味わったもの 触ったもの 感じたものをここに（秘密にしたいところですが）表現していきたいと思います。そして私にとって欠かせない料理も発信していきます！ スウェーデン語もろくに話せませんが、こんな私の奮闘記をぜひご覧ください！ I came here Sweden, far away from Japan. I love cooking(including eating) and being with many friends enjoying and smiling together. My goals in Sweden is working in a kitchen, enjoying all experiences here and making lots of friends to enjoy and smile together! The title 'guldkorn' is Swedish and translated to 'grain of gold'. But it also is a nice and lovely place or thing that you find and want to keep in your mind. I want to show my experiences in Sweden which will be my guldkorn, on this blog-what ever I see, hear, taste and feel. I also want to show and update my cooking here since it is a very important part of me! Although I can't speak Swedish at all now, I will try and enjoy myself! I hope you enjoy my diary here!
